Return Policies
crochetasylum.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund (unless stated otherwise below). Simply contact our store by email  to receive instructions on returning your purchase.  You must notify us first.  Otherwise we will refuse receipt of any unauthorized package returns.  The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be made within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Returns are accepted only on "unused" and "unopened" items with a minimum (total order) purchase price of $10.00.
  • M.E. Nolfi Design Patterns are NOT returnable.

*Items purchased originally with any Free Shipping offers will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from crochetasylum.com is at the customer's expense and varies according to the total retail amount of each order.  Each shipment will be made either by USPS (Priority Mail, or First Class). 

All shipments will be made on Mondays and Fridays of each week from the main CrochetAsylum.com location in Palm Desert, CA.  When a holiday falls on a Monday, the shipments for that week will be made on Tuesday and Friday.  When a holiday falls on a Friday, the shipments for that week will be made on the following Monday and Thursday. 

***Please remember to contact us first to receive an authorization code for any return package.
