RETURNS
If you ever feel that you need to return an item, please contact us at our temporary office number (757)258-1789, 11AM - 5PM (EST). If the voice mail answers, please leave a message with your name, phone number, and your problem. We will get back to you ASAP. All returns must be taken care of within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, but must be cleared through the office number above. Otherwise, contact us through our e-mail address CustomerService@CrochetAsylum.com . A second e-mail address is also available for your crochet how-to questions. We’d love to help you with your crochet catastrophes. (If we can.)
